Drill Sealing, Endodontic Retreatment and Fixed Prosthesis Installation in a Lower Molar - Clinical Case Study

The access ionization attempt may occur during the coronary period, which lead to a posterior dental access. maintenance of primary tooth is important, especially in cases permanent agenesis. aim this study report clinical case about perforation sealing, endodontic retreatment, and installation fixed prosthesis lower molar. A patient was selected from clinic Fapac/Itpac Porto Nacional - TO, asymptomatic, negative sensitivity test vertical percussion, need for retreatment furcation region. In first session, anesthesia, surgery, absolute isolation, irrigation with 2% chlorhexidine gel, identification its conditioning, odontometry, removal gutta percha rotary instruments (Logic RT system), drying insertion intracanal medication (calcium hydroxide) root canals perforation. second session (after 15 days), removed were filled plasticized technique, sealed mineral trioxide aggregate (MTA). continued 2 years, follow-up, periodontal tissues clinically radiographically normal element performed masticatory functions satisfactorily. It possible conclude that even region insert prosthetic rehabilitation element, sealing allowed element.
