In first session, anesthesia, surgery, absolute isolation, irrigation with 2% chlorhexidine gel, identification its conditioning, odontometry, removal gutta percha rotary instruments (Logic RT system), drying insertion intracanal medication (calcium hydroxide) root canals perforation. second session (after 15 days), removed were filled plasticized technique, sealed mineral trioxide aggregate (MTA). continued 2 years, follow-up, periodontal tissues clinically radiographically normal element performed masticatory functions satisfactorily.
